Abstract: There is a tension between history and economics in the study of Chinese economic history. How to promote the effective dialogue and cooperation between the researchers of the two disciplines is always an important issue for its development. The rise of modern economic historiography in China has two development paths. The historical path of China's economic history research does not exclude the theoretical methods of so cial science, but tries to introduce social science methods. This academic history shows that the historical study is first and foremost in the research of economic history. Historians and economists should realize dialogue and cooperation on the basis of respecting historical facts.

Epistemological Innovation in Environmental Law in the Context of Systems Theory

Abstract: The modern nature of environmental law has created a jurisprudential epistemological dilemma. Legal systems theory provides a highly explanatory framework for understanding modern law, including environ mental law, from three perspectives: self-legitimization, openness above closure and self-regeneration. Under the guidance of systemic theory, the legitimacy of environmental law is strengthened through the renewal of its relationship with traditional law; the autonomy of environmental law is transformed into a dualistic interaction

Abstract: Li Zehou's hermeneutic thought is an internal part of his anthropological ontology philosophy or practical philosophy. The Humanization of Nature and the Theoretical Construction of Ecological Aesthetics

The ecological aesthetics should base on the "humanization of nature", reflecting on and surpassing it at the same time, so the "humanization of nature" is the context of ecological aesthetics. The ecological aesthetics is not "unmanned aesthetics", which aims to achieve the "naturalization of human" on the premise of constructing a healthier and more ordered mode of the "humanization of nature".
